Artist and disability advocate Carmen Papalia was in residence with Metal in Peterborough during October 2019. Carmen’s work takes the form of participatory public projects from walks, workshops and interventions, to model new standards and practices in the area of accessibility. Whilst in residence he performed one of his non-visual promenades. Here is a short film of Carmen in conversation with artist Kate Marsh, talking about the themes he is exploring.
